# How to activate the Bot?

#### 1. REGISTER ON BITMEX : <https://www.bitmex.com/register/qh51ih>

If you don’t have a Bitmex account yet, the first step is to register on the Bitmex platform

#### 2. CREATE AN API

In the interface, go in “API Keys” (1) then set up your API allowing order key permissions (2) and push “Create API Key” (3). You will receive an API ID & an API key.

#### 3. CONTACT THE 4C BITMEX BOT

Join @Bitmex\_4C\_bot to initiate subscription and link to the Bot. Follow Bot instructions to configure it and you will have access to the Bot interface.
